A plan for the inclusion of minorities and women in the skilled craft of construction, Executive Order 11246, had been enforced by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP).

Richardson, host and executive producer and Alise Martiny, co-host and also Business Manager of the Greater Kansas City Building and Construction Trades Council, will enlighten and update us on the status of local women in construction. We’ll be joined by Union women in Pipefitters Local #533, Sheetmetal workers Local #2,Roofers Local #20 and IBEW Local #124.
