Barta’s film career runs from the sublime to the terrifying, having been featured in “Mr. and Mrs. Bridge” and Hector Elizando’s dead wife in the TV film “Burden of Proof.” Her video career encompasses roles in many horror classics including “Bloodthirsty Cannibal Demons” (in the major role of Haggis the Witch) and “Sorority Babes from Hell.” Barta is also proud to be the mother of Broadway star Becky Barta who has toured the country in a number of shows including “Les Miserables.”
