Tom Klammer

Tom Klammer is the host and producer of Tell Somebody.  He first got involved with KKFI 90.1 FM in 2002, volunteering on The Heartland Labor Forum, and soon developed a great appreciation of the important information that was being broadcast on local and nationally syndicated public affairs programming on KKFI that was not being heard on other broadcast outlets.

Klammer holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from UMKC.  In 2006 he shared in an International Labor Communications Association award to the Heartland Labor Forum for Learning About Labor: Union Summer & Class at Avila University, and in 2010 was recognized by PeaceWorks–Kansas City for efforts to educate the public about the role of the Kansas City Plant in nuclear weapons production for the National Nuclear Security Administration.
