Well after way too long of a delay, here is the last installment of this year’s Middle of the Map Festival. We’ve been incredibly busy with home projects, wedding planning and family. It’s been an incredibly busy couple of months so the blog has been neglected. We thought you should know.
On the final day of the festival, we caught a whole bunch of performances. We took hundreds of images, hours of audio and saw everything we possibly could see.
The day started off with Kangaroo Knife Fight.
After Kangaroo Knife Fight, it was across the street to Westport Saloon for Not A Planet.
Then a quick stop at Ernie Biggs for the Noise FM’s relocated set.
Then it was back up the alley to Westport Saloon for the Grisly Hand.
Back over at the Riot Room, the hip-hop stage was kicking into gear with the Abnorm.
Between sets on the Patio, we caught the New Riddim warming up the ska tip for the legendary Slackers that would close out the festival at the Riot Room.
Back outside was Heartfelt Anarchy on the patio keeping things going.
Then over to Ernie Biggs to catch Me Like Bees and Peelander Z.
